Creon Corporation Plc (the "Company") NOTIFICATION OF MAJOR INTEREST IN SHARES

The Directors of Creon Corporation plc (AIM: CRO) have been notified by Royal Bank of Scotland Group plc that on 11 February 2009 Adam & Co (Nominees) Ltd A/ C AIM have reduced their holding in the Company from 10,512,734 ordinary shares of 1p each to 9,312,734 ordinary shares of 1p each constituting 21.7% of the issued share capital of the Company.

The Directors of the Company have also been notified by Royal Bank of Scotland Group plc that on 16 February 2009 Adam & Co (Nominees) Ltd A/C AIM have increased their holding in the Company from 9,312,734 ordinary shares of 1p each to 10,812,734 ordinary shares of 1p each constituting 24.57% of the issued share capital.
