Norish announces that it was informed on the 27th March 2009 of the sale of 665,353 Ordinary Shares of nominal value €0.25 each by F & C Asset Management plc on the 26th March 2009. 

Following the sale of shares, F & C Asset Management plc have no interest in the Ordinary Shares of Norish plc.
