For immediate release: Creon Corporation Plc ("Creon", "Company" or the "Group") NOTIFICATION OF MAJOR INTEREST IN SHARES

The Directors of Creon Corporation (AIM: CRO) have been notified that Loxdale Limited ("Loxdale") have acquired 3,250,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company.

Loxdale's holding in the Company represents approximately 11.6% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
