The Company confirms that, as envisaged in the announcement of 1 April 2014 and evidenced in the TR-1 of 9 April 2014, Ken Randal sold 1,302,072 shares at a price of 120p on 7 April 2014.

Following these transactions Mr Randall holds 16,235,446 ordinary shares, which represents 22.64% of the Group's issued share capital (excluding shares held by the Employee Benefit Trust (the "EBT") which has waived its voting rights)."
