Notification of Major Interest in Shares
The Company received notification today from RBC cees Trustee Limited, the trustee of the Company's Employee Benefit Trust, that following its acquisition of 1,843,293 Ordinary Shares arising from its exercise of share options, it has a notifiable interest in 2,214,254 ordinary shares, representing 3.7% of the issued voting share capital of the Company.
