Emblaze Ltd ("Emblaze" or "the Company") Notification of Major Interest in Shares

Herzeliya, Israel, 12 April 2011 - Emblaze has been informed that as of 21 October 2010, Schroder Investment Management Limited ("Schroders") has increased its interest in the Company's shares by additional 1,117,904 shares.

This increases Schroders total holding in Emblaze to 19,015,858 shares, representing percentage of voting rights equal to approx. 17.01% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
