For immediate release: Creon Corporation Plc (the "Company") NOTIFICATION OF MAJOR INTEREST IN SHARES

The Directors of Creon Corporation plc (AIM: CRO) have been notified by Eddington Group plc that as at 2 August 2010 it holds 4,179,102 ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company constituting 9.5% of the issued share capital of the Company.

The Directors of the Company were also notified that as of 2 August 2010 Newick Developments Limited hold 3,123,328 ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company constituting 7.1 % of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
