NOTIFICATION OF MAJOR INTERESTS IN SHARES

The Company was yesterday informed that River and Mercantile Asset Management LLP had acquired an additional beneficial interest in 1 million ordinary shares of 0.45p in the Company. This transaction resulted in River and Mercantile Asset Management LLP holding 21,456,568 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 5.22% of the issued share capital of the Company after excluding shares held in Treasury.
