The Company was notified on 8 March 2013 that the attached holding via the link below represents an acquisition of indirect voting rights representing 11.11% of the issued share capital of the Company.

The issued share capital of voting rights of the Company as at 12 March 2013 is 325,222,098 ordinary shares of £0.001 per share. The figure of 325,222,098 shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company, under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
