CABS Platform Limited, registered holder of 150,517,537 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in Petropavlovsk PLC changed its name to Everest Alliance Limited (the "Company"). The Company was notified that the change was reflected in the Petropavlovsk PLC shareholders' register on 6 March 2019. The Company is submitting this form in order to comply with its transparency obligations - no change in the number of shares the Company holds in Petropavlovsk PLC has occurred since the company's previous notification in May 2018.
