Fincraft Holdings Ltd is the holder of the voting rights and financial instruments in Petropavlovsk plc as set out above. Mr Kenges Rakishev was the existing owner of Fincraft Holdings Ltd. On 27 June 2019, Mr Kenges Rakishev transferred the entire issued share capital of Fincraft Holdings Ltd to Fincraft Resources Joint Stock Company, a company ultimately controlled by Mr Kenges Rakishev.
