NOTIFICATION OF INTERESTS OF DIRECTORS AND CONNECTED PARTIES
HELICAL BAR PLC ("Helical Bar "or "the Company")
The Company was informed today that the following transactions had taken place:
1. Exercise of Share Options
On 23 July 2008 subscriptions options over 1,000,000 new ordinary 1p shares were exercised in accordance with the rules of the Helical Bar 1999 Share Option Scheme.
Following the exercise of these options the Company had 96,732,457 ordinary 1p shares in issue.
Included in these transactions are options exercised by the following directors:
Michael Slade
Options over 700,000 shares exercised at 88.5p per share.
Nigel McNair Scott
Options over 300,000 shares exercised at 88.5p per share.
2. Sale of Shares
On 23 July 2008 the following Directors sold shares in the Company:
Michael Slade
700,000 shares sold at 300.40p per share.
Nigel McNair Scott
300,000 shares sold at 300.40p per share.
3. Directors’ Interests in Shares
