NOTIFICATION OF INTERESTS OF DIRECTORS AND CONNECTED PERSONS 

Mr James Noble, a non-executive Director, has notified the Company that on 12th March a family member  purchased 42,500 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company, at an average price of 58.6p per share. 

Following this transaction Mr James Noble has a beneficial interest in 72,500 ordinary shares, amounting to 0.06% of the voting rights of the Company.
