Notification of interests of Directors

Princess Private Equity Holding Limited ('Princess') has been advised that on 19 August 2019 Richard Battey, Chairman, bought shares in the Company on the London Stock Exchange.

Richard Battey bought 2,000 ordinary shares at a share price of EUR 9.70 representing 0.0028% of the Company's issued share capital. Following this purchase, Richard Battey has a total interest of 55,000 shares in the Company representing 0.0795% of Princess' issued share capital.
