Notification of interests of Directors

Princess Private Equity Holding Limited (Princess) was advised on 15 August 2013 that on 15 August 2013 Fergus Dunlop, Director, bought shares in the Company on the London Stock Exchange. Fergus Dunlop bought 4'000 ordinary shares at a share price of EUR 6.57 representing 0.0058% of the Company's issued share capital. Following this purchase, Fergus Dunlop had a total interest of 8'000 shares in the Company representing 0.0115% of Princess' issued share capital.
