Exercise of Share Options On 24 January 2005 a purchase option over 50,000 ordinary 5p shares in theCompany, held by the Company's Employee Share Ownership Plan Trust, wasexercised, in accordance with the rules of the Helical Bar 1999 Share OptionScheme, by Gerald Kaye at an exercise price of 442.50p per share. 2. Sale of Shares On 24 January 2005 Gerald Kaye sold 50,000 shares at 1271p per share. 3.
