NOTIFICATION OF INTERESTS IN SHARES

On 5 January 2012 the Company received a TR-1 notification from Russell Investments Limited that, as at 30 December 2011, Russell Investments Limited's shareholding in the Company had been sold. The Company released the TR-1 announcement accordingly on 5 January 2012.

Late on 6 January 2012 the Company was informed that the notification received by the Company on 5 January 2012 had been reported in error due to a system error. The Company was further advised that, as at 6 January 2012, Russell Investments Limited's shareholding in the Company was 4,770,284 shares, representing 8.21 per cent of the Company's total issued share capital of 58,133,908 ordinary shares.
