Options Granted under the Tarsus Group plc Company Share Option Plan (HMRC approved) (the "Plan")
Tarsus Group plc has today received notification from the following Executive Directors that on 1 April 2010 they were each granted an option under the rules of the Plan to acquire the following Tarsus Group plc ordinary shares of 5p each (Shares) at a price of £1.195 per Share:

No consideration was paid for the grant of the options. Under normal circumstances, the options will not become exercisable until after the end of the 3 year vesting period which commenced on 1 April 2010. The vesting of the Share options will be conditional upon the achievement of specified performance criteria over a 3 year period.
