Notification of Interests

The Company was notified on 17 June 2016 that the Bovis Homes Group Employee Trust ("the Trust"), a discretionary trust, registered in the name of ACS HR Solutions Share Plan Services (Guernsey) Limited, on 17 June 2016 transferred 16,089 Ordinary Shares under the terms of the Bovis Homes Group Long Term Incentive Plan, following the exercise of awards.

The Executive Directors and certain PDMRs of Bovis Homes Group PLC are potential beneficiaries under the Trust and are deemed to be interested in those shares and the dealings thereof. This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of DTR 3.1.4R(1)(a).
