Notification of Interests 

 

Osiris Trustees Limited as Trustees of the DataCash Employee Benefit Trust ('EBT') has purchased a total of  208,000 ordinary shares on 14 May 2008 at a price of 277.8365p per share. 

 

Some of the Executive Directors of DataCash plc are included as potential beneficiaries of the EBT and are deemed to be interested in those shares and the dealings thereof.

 

Following this transaction, the EBT holds 488,000 ordinary shares in the Company.
