(1) Euroclear Nominees Limited hold 40,551,710 shares (6.8892%) in Ferrexpo plc as nominee for the beneficial owner, Mr Igor Kolomoisky. These shares were previously held indirectly by Mr Kolomoisky through Ralkon Commercial Limited and were transferred to Mr Kolomoisky on 10 August 2009.

(2) Mr Kolomoisky has agreed with Fayver Properties Inc. (holder of 20,224,126 shares, 3.4358% of Ferrexpo plc) to adhere to the terms of an agreement originally entered into between Fayver Properties Inc and Ralkon Commercial Limited dated 18 March 2009, under which the parties are bound to jointly exercise their voting rights in respect of shares in Ferrexpo plc.
