(the "Company") Notification of Interest Pursuant to Rule 17 of the AIM Rules for Companies, the Company announces thatit was notified on 1 August 2007 that the following transfers had been effectedon 27 June 2007: 1. Volcano Fjarfesting ehf transferred its interest in 3,661,942 ordinary sharesof the Company (the "Shares") to Volcano Finance B.V. for a consideration of€7,320,684.20; and thereafter 2. Volcano Finance B.V. transferred its interest in the Shares to Atorka HoldingB.V. for a consideration of €7,320,684.20. The Company has been informed that Atorka Holding B.V., Volcano Fjarfesting ehfand Volcano Finance B.V. are wholly-owned subsidiaries of Atorka Group hf.
