Notification of Interest re Exit Opportunity
Defenx PLC (AIM: DFX), the cyber-security software group, announces that, further to BV Tech's announcement on 4 December 2019 of the Exit Opportunity to Minority Shareholders, the Company has been notified by BV Tech that it acquired a further 30,833, 2,000 and 504,627 Ordinary Shares on 10, 11 and 12 December 2019 respectively at 3 pence per share, being the purchase price pursuant to the Exit Opportunity.
Following the purchase of such Ordinary Shares, BV Tech is now interested in 28,486,016 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 73.6 per cent. of the existing issued Ordinary Shares and voting rights in the Company.
Unless otherwise defined herein, capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as those used in the Company's announcement of 4 December 2019.
