KEFI Minerals plc ("KEFI Minerals" or the "Company") Notification of Interest

In accordance with the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules KEFI Minerals has today received the following notifications of current interests in the voting rights in the Company's share capital:

City Equities Limited acquired 12,500,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), pursuant to the placing announced to the market on 8 January 2010. This holding represented 4% of the total number of shares in issue and 4% of the total voting rights in the Company. On 13 January 2010, City Equities sold 12,500,000 Ordinary Shares. City Equities Limited now holds no Ordinary Shares and no longer holds a notifiable interest in the Company.
