The change in the holding of AXA Investment Managers UK Ltd occurred as a result of the placing of 43,750,000 New Ordinary Shares on April 16, prior to which the holdings of AXA Investment Managers UK Ltd represented approximately 7.41% of the total voting rights of the Company.
