Felix Group PLC03 July 2006 Felix Group Plc (the "Company") 3 July 2006 Notification of interest The Company has been informed by a letter dated 26 June 2006 that, following thepurchase of 900,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares") at 8pper Share, Gartmore Investment Limited is interested in 9,150,000 Shares whichrepresents a holding of 5.01% of the total issued share capital of 182,658,226Shares ("Total Shares"). The beneficial owner of the interest is AlphaGenVolantis Fund and the holding is registered in the name of VIDACOS NOMINEES LTDA/C 1945. On the same date the Company was also informed that UBS AG, acting through itsbusiness group and legal entities, has an interest in 13,150,000 Shares whichrepresents a holding of 7.20% of the Total Shares.
