Notification of interest in total voting rights
The Company announces that it has been notified in accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules that, following an acquisition of shares on 25 January 2012, Paul Curtis is now interested in 2,270,000 ordinary shares of 10p each, representing 3.285% of the issued share capital and voting rights of the Company.
