NOTIFICATION OF INTERESTS IN SHARES

On 3 August 2011 the Company received a TR-1 notification from Frank Russell Company / Russell Investments Limited that, as at 29 July 2011, Frank Russell Company / Russell Investments Limited's shareholding in the Company had gone below a notifiable threshold. The Company released the TR-1 announcement accordingly on 4 August 2011.

On 5 August 2011 the Company was informed that the notification received by the Company on 3 August 2011 had been reported in error due to a system fault. The Company was further advised on 10 August 2011 that, as at 5 August 2011, Frank Russell Company / Russell Investments Limited's shareholding in the Company was 4,385,284 shares, representing 8.10 per cent of the Company's total issued share capital of 54,145,469 ordinary shares.
