Guildford, UK, 1 November 2011: ReNeuron Group plc ("ReNeuron" or the "Company") (LSE: RENE.L) was notified on 31 October 2011 that Saad Investments Company Limited ("SICL") has disposed of 45,890,476 ordinary shares in ReNeuron.

So far as the Company is aware, following the sale of these shares, SICL now holds 42,763,324 ordinary shares in ReNeuron, representing approximately 6.90% of the Company's ordinary issued share capital.
