Oxford Biomedica PLC28 June 2007 Oxford Biomedica plc Notification of Interest Oxford BioMedica Plc (the "Company") received notification on 27 June 2007 fromOxxon Therapeutics Holdings Inc, ("Oxxon") that it no longer has a notifiableinterest in the Company. Oxxon acquired shares in the Company on 12 March 2007, as part of theconsideration arrangements for the acquisition by the Company of OxxonTherapeutics Limited. On 16 March 2007 Oxxon notified the Company that it held25,814,138 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company (the "Shares"). Oxxon has now transferred the Shares to its investors pro-rata to eachinvestor's current shareholding in Oxxon, subject to the same conditions thathad applied to the original shareholder.
