Notification of interest in shares
The Company received notification on 5 May 2010 that, following purchases made on 27 April and 28 April 2010, Mr D V Penman and various family accounts have an aggregate beneficial interest in 9,627,046 ordinary shares in the Company. This represents 3.15 per cent of the Company's issued ordinary shares with voting rights.
