Notification of Holdings

Cambium Global Timberland Limited received notification on 10 February 2012 from Stafford Timberland Limited that on 7 February 2012 they increased their holding to 11,141,567 ordinary shares representing 10.89% of the issued share capital of the Company.

Stafford Timberland Limited is the fund manager of both Stafford International Timberland V Fund LP, which holds 62.8% of the voting rights referred to above and Stafford International Timberland V Trust which holds the remaining 37.2%.
