Notification of Holdings

The Company was notified by Mr Charles Peel on 14 September (a substantial shareholder in the Company) that he has increased his interest in Peel Hotels Plc by 613,471 ordinary shares, representing a 22.9% increase in his holding. Following the acquisition of these shares, Mr Peel is interested, directly and indirectly, in 3,293,471 shares in the Company, representing 23.5% of the Company's issued share capital.
