The Company has been notified that Mr. Alan Pascoe, Chairman of Fast Track Sales Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, has a direct interest in 3,013,468 ordinary shares of 25 pence each, which represents 4.1% of the issued share capital of the Company. The number of voting rights is 3,013,468. This notification has been triggered by an increase in the holding of Mr. Alan Pascoe crossing above the 3% threshold.
