Notification of Holding

Greatland Gold plc (LON:GGP), the London Stock Exchange AIM listed precious and base metals exploration and development business, has received notification from Starvest plc (LON:SVE) that Starvest holds 85,000,000 shares in Greatland, representing 2.9% of the issued share capital of the Company. Starvest's percentage holding in the Company is now below 3% due to an increase in Greatland's issued share capital as a result of warrant conversions. Callum Baxter, Starvest's Chairman and CEO, is a director of Greatland.
