NOTIFICATION OF HALF-YEAR RESULTS AND INVESTOR CALL

Riverstone Energy Limited ("REL" or "the Company") will announce its Half-Year Results for the 6 month period from 1 January 2014 to 30 June 2014 on Wednesday 30 July 2014.

Riverstone will host an investor conference call in order to review developments in the Company's investment portfolio.

The conference call will take place at 1000 BST / 1100 CEST and can be accessed by dialling 08006940257 (U.K.) or +44 (0) 1452 555566 (International).

A playback facility will be available 1 hour after the conference call concludes.
