Notification of Half Year Results

CareTech Holdings PLC (AIM: CTH), a pioneering provider of specialist social care services in the UK, will announce its interim results for the six months ended 31 March 2016 on Thursday 16 June 2016.

A meeting for analysts will be held at 10.30am on the morning of the results announcement at the offices of Buchanan, 107 Cheapside, London EC2V 6DN.
