Notification of Half Year Results

Plant Impact plc (AIM: PIM), a leader in research and development in crop enhancement to create products that growers can rely on to improve the yield and quality of their crops,  will announce its half year results for the six months ended 31 January 2016 on Monday 21 March 2016.

A meeting for analysts will be held at 10.00am on the morning of the results announcement at the offices of Buchanan, 107 Cheapside, London EC2V 6DN.

As stated in the Q1 trading update, Plant Impact intends to simplify its financial reporting in the future by issuing announcements of half yearly and preliminary results in March and October respectively, together with two trading updates in May and December.
