Notification of Half Year 2018 Results Announcement, Conference Call

20 August 2018. Moscow, Russia. - PJSC ROSSETI (LSE: RSTI) (the "Company"), the largest electricity transmission and distribution grid company in Russia, will announce IFRS financial results of ROSSETI Group for the 6 months of 2018 ended 30 June 2018 on August 29, 2018.

The Company will hold a conference call for investors and analysts at 15:00 p.m. Moscow time (13:00 p.m. London) on August 29, 2018.

The conference call will be held in Russian with simultaneous translation into English on a separate line.
