The Company announces that it has given notices to the Trustee releasing each of Thomas Cook Scheduled Tour Operations Limited, Close Number 16 Limited (formerly MyTravel UK Limited) and Blue Sea Overseas Investments Limited as Guarantors in respect of the Sterling Notes and the Euro Notes on 14 April 2015. Notice will be given to the Noteholders in accordance with the Conditions. Capitalised terms used but not defined in this announcement shall have the meanings given in the respective Conditions of each of the Sterling Notes and the Euro Notes.
