The Company announces that it has given notices to the Trustee releasing Close Number 30 Limited (formerly Thomas Cook Investments (1) Limited) as a Guarantor in respect of the Sterling Notes and the Euro Notes on 29 April 2015. Notice will be given to the Noteholders in accordance with the Conditions. Capitalised terms used but not defined in this announcement shall have the meanings given in the respective Conditions of each of the Sterling Notes and the Euro Notes.
