The Company announces that it has given notices to the Trustee releasing Condor Berlin GmbH as a Guarantor in respect of the Sterling Notes and the Euro Notes on 29 April 2013. Notice will be given to Noteholders in accordance with the Conditions. Capitalised terms used but not defined in this announcement shall have the meanings given in the respective Conditions of each of the Sterling Notes and the Euro Notes.
