The Directors of Specialist Energy Group plc, the specialist engineering group, are pleased to inform shareholders that the Company plans to release its audited consolidated final results for the year ended 31st December 2010 on or around Monday 4th April, 2011.

Ewan Lloyd-Baker, Chief Executive Officer of SEG plc, commented:

"We are pleased to report that during the second half of the year our wholly-owned subsidiary Hayward Tyler saw further improvement in its margins that allowed the Group to continue trading in line with profit expectations. The Board is likewise encouraged by the high levels of order intake in the current financial year."
