Tribal Group Plc announces that David Egan, non-executive director, ceased to be a director of Alent Plc with effect from 1 December 2015, and that he will be appointed Group Finance Director of Electrocomponents plc with effect from 1 March 2016.

There is no further information to disclose in relation to LR 9.6.13.
