In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14(2), the Company reports that it has been notified that Constantino (Dino) Rocos, an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, has been appointed as an independent non-executive director of Microlise Group plc ("Microlise"), which was admitted to AIM on 22nd July 2021. Dino was originally appointed to the board of Microlise on 16 April 2021, prior to its admission to AIM.
