The Company announces that Dave Wilson, CFO & COO, on 2 August 2019 notified the Company that his wife, Cath Wilson, sold 129,603 Ordinary Shares of 2.5p each ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 600.16 pence per share on 2 August 2019.
Following this notification, Mr Wilson has a beneficial holding of 321,096 Ordinary Shares (which represents 0.17% of the issued share capital of the Company) and continues to have options over a maximum of 369,351 Ordinary Shares.
