("GTE" or "the Group")
Notification of Director's Interest
The Group has been informed that as part of a retention incentive provided by EIG Venture Capital (EIG) for the services of Steven Zwolinski, Chief Executive, as disclosed in the Company's Admission Document in December 2005, Mr. Zwolinski has received 65,625 Ordinary Shares as a result of the third share transfer from EIG.
Following the transfer, Mr. Zwolinski holds a total of 380,163 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 0.5% of the issued share capital of GTE and EIG holds a total of 4,383,796 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing approximately 6.1% of the issued share capital.
