Notification of transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities and Persons Closely Associated
Micro Focus International plc (the "Company") announces that it was notified on 19th February 2019 of the following transactions in ordinary shares of 10 pence in the capital of the Company (the "Shares").
- On 18th February 2019, Julie Atkins, a person closely associated with Richard Atkins, transferred 1,300 Shares to Richard Atkins for nil consideration (the "Gifted Shares").
- On 18th February 2019, Richard Atkins sold the Gifted Shares at a price of 1755 pence per Share and subsequently purchased 1,300 Shares at a price of 1756 pence per Share via an ISA of which he is the beneficiary.
- On 18th February 2019, Julie Atkins sold 1,500 Shares at a price of 1755 pence per Share and subsequently purchased 1,500 Shares at a price of 1756 pence per Share via an ISA of which she is the beneficiary
