Notification of Director's circumstances

Pursuant to Rule 17 and Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies, the Company has been notified by Mr Gregory Justin Moroney, an independent non-executive director of the Company, that Breitburn Energy Partners LP, a U.S. company on whose board Mr Moroney sits as a director, filed for relief under Chapter 11 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code on 15 May 2016, in order to facilitate the restructuring of its balance sheet.
