Playtech Limited ('the Company') announces that on 30 August 2012, Andrew Thomas, Non-executive director of the Company, acquired a beneficial interest in 7,500 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 389.75p per share purchased in London through his company Andrew Thomas (Jersey) Limited.

The above notification relates to a transaction notified in accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules (rule 3.1.2R).
